FREE Stardock FENCES Pro

FREE stardock fence keygen

FREE stardock fence keygen

Basic Features

Rope off your desktop
Fences allows you to create shaded areas on your desktop that you can place icons in. You can label them however you wish, and move/resize them anywhere on the desktop. Pre-included layouts help speed the process for new users.

See your wallpaper again! Quickly hide & show all your icons with an easy double-click
Double click blank space on your desktop, and all your icons will fade out. Double click again, and they’ll return. We think this feature is so useful and unique, that we’ve applied for a patent on it. You can even pick icons and individual Fences to exclude!

Create snapshots, and have automatic scaling (for screen size changes)
Take and restore snapshots of your Fence layouts for backup, or for when you are doing different tasks. Change your resolultion for playing games and Fences will keep them in the same relative spots. In the Pro version of Fences, the "snapshot" feature has been enhanced to automatically take and keep recent snapshots on hand, ensuring your desktop layout never gets lost.

Pro Features
Hide the desktop shortcut graphic
Fences Pro allows you to set hide the repetitive desktop shortcut graphic from all of your icons. You can also hide the graphic just on shortcuts, executables or URL's to suit your needs.
The shortcut graphic looks like this: Shortcut Graphic

Set default Fences for new icons
Fences Pro allows you to set a default Fence for all newly created icons. For example, you can create a Fence called "New Stuff" to catch all new icons, and then deal with them when you're ready.

Automatic sorting keeps your icons the way you want them
Order your icons the way that works best for you. Fences Pro adds ability to create rules, allowing you to send new files to fences based on their type, name, or a variety of other critieria. Rules can be applied either for new icons only, or can be kept applied at all times, keeping your desktop organized 24/7.

Sort your Fences
Also added in Pro, you can now sort icons within a Fence. Sort your icons either by one of the standard methods (by name, type, date created), or by one of the unique options provided by Fences (date added to the fence, number of times opened). Fences allows you to tweak this sorting by optionally always bringing folders to the front, or to reverse the sorting order.

Fade your Fences
Now that you've organized your icons, why have them sticking out like a sore thumb? To help keep your icons available but not quite "sticking out", with Fences Pro you can make individual fences appear subtly faded on the desktop, but ready for action as they fade up to full visibility when the fence is mouseovered.

Unlock Hidden Windows 7 Hidden Themes

windows 7 themes
Windows 7 by default has only few themes available for customization. People who are not satisfied with these in build themes can get few more themes for Windows 7 which are actually hidden. These themes are available for certain regional countries such as Australia, Canada, Great Britain, United States and South Africa. These themes can be revealed and used by the following steps.

1. Open Windows Explorer and click Organize
2. Select Folder and Search Options and navigate to the View tab.
3. Select Show hidden files, folders and drivers and uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended). Click Yes, if prompted for confirmation.
4. Click OK and now browse to the folder: Windows\Globalization\MCT
5. There are five folders here with the name with format MCT-XX (where XX is AU, CA, GB, US, or ZA) which represents globalization settings for each region. Go into the folder that you want to activate its theme.
Note that AU, CA and ZA regions have the same themes.
6. Open the Theme folder inside the selected region folder.
7. Double click on the XX.theme file to apply the theme to the Windows 7 desktop system. Once a theme is executed and activated, the theme will be available and saved into Personalization options, so that user can select this theme directly from the personalization settings.
8. Now to go to Folder Options to reverse the first 5 steps to hide the hidden and protected system files and folders again.

Create stacks on your Windows

stacks for windowsstacks for windows

7stacks is an easy to use, free app that lets Windows 7 (and Vista and XP) users have “stacks” of icons in their Taskbar (in 7) or QuickLaunch Toolbar (in Vista and XP). By using stacks, users can reduce icon clutter, and combine a group of related icons into a single icon. For instance, if you use application suites such as Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, or Adobe CS4, you can have all the suite’s icons combined into one icon!
You can also use it to browse and access documents within a folder very quickly. Usually, when you want to edit a series of frequently used documents, you’d have to either launch the app, and go to File|Open, or open the (My) Computer icon and go into your (My) Documents folder and pick the file you want. With 7stacks, just create a stack to that document’s folder, and open that document in a couple of clicks.
7stacks was created because of my own frustrations with Windows 7, as great an OS as Win7 is. Because Windows 7′s new taskbar, called the SuperBar is very similar to the Mac OS X Dock, many comparisons are going to be made. But Windows 7 seemed to have one glaring omission of OSX: stacks. Now, with 7stacks, you get almost the same functionality as the OS X stacks, but with a more “Windows 7″ appearance.
7stacks is incredibly easy to use, and has a variety of looks and features, allowing anyone to customize the look of their stack however they’d like. And using Windows 7, its easy to create new stacks by right-clicking on any stack, and selecting “Create New Stack” in the JumpList. 7stacks will place an shortcut icon on your desktop to this new stack, which you can then pin to your Windows 7 taskbar, or Vista or XP QuickLaunch bar.
7stacks even solves the problem other similar apps have had: forcing users to “hack” the executables and shortcuts to allow multiple stacks on the Windows 7 taskbar. 7stacks solves this by using 10 identical executables (numbered 0-9) and assigning the shortcuts slots based on which ones are used. The end result is that you can just pin up to 10 stacks on the taskbar, with no need to even think about hacking or reconfiguring or adjusting .. it just works!
Check out these features:
In 7 and Vista, 7stacks uses Aero, making the stacks look like part of Windows itself.
Browse subfolders within a stack, just like in OS X Snow Leopard.
3 different styles of stacks: Normal, Grid, and Menu
Normal displays a stack of icons vertically, with a text description next to it.
Grid displays a “squarish” grid of icons only; useful when displaying a large number of items like document folders.
Menu displays a cascading menu of items, with a very small icon and a name next to it. Hover over subfolders to browse inside those folders.
In Windows 7, create a new stack by right-clicking on any stack and selecting “Create New Stack” from the JumpList entry.
In Menu mode, 7stacks doesn’t even need to be in a toolbar. You can use it right from your desktop, or any other folder.
